Spring break on Terschelling

A holiday on Terschelling is fun in all seasons, including spring. Did you know that Terschelling has over 70 kilometres of cycle paths? So the best way to explore the island's beautiful nature and villages is by bike. On the beautiful sandy beaches you can walk and get a breath of fresh air, with a well-earned break in one of the atmospheric beach pavilions. If the weather is not so good one day during spring break, there are plenty of fun indoor activities. For example, visit the Wrekkenmuseum in Formerum or Museum 't Behouden Huys in West-Terschelling.

If you go "wadlopen", you will walk on the sea floor, get to know the special nature of the island and you might even spot seals. You can also take a covered wagon trip over the beach and through the dunes, or join the Eco Safari, a guided tour in electric all-terrain vehicles through the island's nature reserves. And of course, a holiday on Terschelling is not complete without a visit to De Brandaris lighthouse!
